What we collect

When you fill out the form on our contact page, we collect the name, email address, and message you type in. We use it to answer you. That is the only reason we ask for it.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. Google Analytics collects things like your approximate location based on your IP address, the type of device and browser you are using, the pages you visit, and how long you stay. We look at this as grouped, anonymous traffic data. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Payments and online bookings

We do not take payment information on this website and we never see or store your card number. When you buy admission, punch passes, or book a party online, you are handed off to our booking and payment providers, Peek and Square, and the transaction happens on their systems under their privacy policies. They send us the details we need to honor your booking, such as your name, the session or package you bought, and your contact information.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
• We do not rent or trade contact lists.
• We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
• We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or any other sensitive category of data.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the companies that make the website and our bookings work:

• Google Analytics, for website traffic measurement.
• Peek, for online ticket and party booking.
• Square, for payment processing.
• Our web host and website manager, who keep the site running and secure.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the safety of our guests, our staff, or our facility.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages stay in our email so we have a record of the conversation. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule for our property. Booking and payment records are kept by Peek and Square, and we keep the receipts we need for our business records.

Children

We love having kids at the rink. This website, though, is written for parents and adults, and we do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information through it. Bookings and party reservations are made by adults. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can browse the site without filling out any form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work. You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our contact page. We will respond in a reasonable amount of time.

Security

Our site runs over an encrypted connection and we limit access to the accounts that manage it. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not store the kind of data that makes us an interesting target.
